		<description>I would have never thought to freeze pie filling but that totally makes sense.  Otherwise you end up in the middle of December really craving blueberry pie and there is not a tasty blueberry anywhere in sight.  

I think putting it on top of waffles and pancakes is an awesome idea.  Delicious.</description>
